To access the full range of s99sl services, you must register a single Account. Registering more than one Account per person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all Balances across all detected Accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. s99sl will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account, Account credentials, or any portion of your Balance to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in the immediate suspension of all Accounts involved.
s99sl operates a mandatory identity verification process to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and to protect both the Platform and its players. KYC verification is required before withdrawal privileges are fully activated.

The total aggregate liability of s99sl to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent s99sl from seeking interim injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests pending the resolution of a dispute.
